AUTHORIZATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

I voluntarily, expressly, knowingly, and previously authorize PAYMENTS WAY SOLUTIONS S.A.S. hereinafter referred to as PAYMENTS WAY or simply PWS, to collect, store, share, and process the data provided or that I may provide for the following purposes:

1. To offer products and services, including the sending of information about events, news, promotions, campaigns, advertising, and loyalty programs offered by PWS or its partners.
2. To carry out technical, statistical, or field studies related to the Controller's products and services or its production process and/or affiliates, as well as any other purpose directly related to the activities conducted by the Controller.
3. To share the data with commercial and strategic partners with whom PWS establishes business relationships, for the purpose of offering and developing value propositions.
4. Any other purposes necessary to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, as well as with the Controller's policies.
5. To carry out regular activities within the scope of the normal and ordinary development of the commercial and contractual relationship with the Controller.

I understand that PAYMENTS WAY will carry out the processing in accordance with the parameters established by Law 1581 of 2012, Regulatory Decree 1377 of 2013, and other applicable regulations.

 

I also declare that:

1. That I have been informed that the Personal Data Processing Policy of the Controllers is available at https://paymentsway.co/politicas-de-privacidad/
2. That as the data subject, I have the rights established under Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, as well as any regulations that may modify, complement, add to, or repeal them from time to time, especially the right to access, update, rectify, and revoke the authorization I have granted for the use of my personal data. 3. That I can access, correct, and update my data, as well as revoke my authorization and/or request the deletion of the data. I understand that the revocation of this authorization will only take effect when there is no legal or contractual obligation to retain the information.

The authorization will remain in effect until the data subject requests its revocation from PWS through the channels indicated in the Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy, which is published at https://paymentsway.co/politicas-de-privacidad/ regardless of whether the data subject acquires the services of PAYMENTS WAY or not.

4. That I understand Sensitive Data refers to information that may affect my privacy or lead to discrimination. I also understand that providing Sensitive Data is voluntary and that responding to questions related to such data is optional.

The data subject acknowledges that accepting this authorization via email, website, and/or through any other digital mechanism constitutes an electronic signature and has the same validity and legal effects as a handwritten signature. This is in accordance with Law 527 of 1999, its Regulatory Decrees, and all other applicable regulations in force on the matter.
